GUARANTEED SAFETY

All of our products meet the highest safety standards and are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

All UPPAbaby products are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

EXTENDED WARRANTY (strollers and selected accesories)

UPPAbaby offers an EXTENDED WARRANTY of one year for a total of three years on all strollers and select accessories (Bassinet, RumbleSeat, From Birth kit). To receive the additional one-year warranty, customers must register their product (UPPAbaby.com) online within three months of purchase and provide a valid receipt from an authorized retailer. It’s our way of saying thank you.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY (car seats) — Program applies to car seats purchased after January 1, 2019

UPPAbaby offers a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on all car seats. To receive the LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, customers must register online within three months of purchase and provide a valid receipt from an authorized retailer. The lifetime of the product is defined by the expiration date included on the product. The LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY represents UPPAbaby’s continuous commitment to child passenger safety.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Your UPPAbaby product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer. Proof of purchase must be retained for this warranty. Within the U.S., warranty conditions may differ from state to state.

The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase. This warranty is subject to the conditions set forth by country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. UPPAbaby will not ship replacement or repair parts outside the country of purchase.

UPPAbaby will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined fitting by the company. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the item is improved over time.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects caused by misuse or poor maintenance; please refer to the product manual for guidance on item use and maintenance
  • Damage caused by improper installation of UPPAbaby parts and/or accessories; please refer to product instruction booklet for guidance on item assembly and use
  • Damage caused by corrosion mold or rust
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
  • Damage or degradation caused by the sun, sweat, detergents, damp storage conditions or frequent washings
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party
  • Product purchased from an unauthorized retailer; authorized retailers are listed here
  • Second owners and users other than the registrant
  • Damage resulting from airline shipping and handling
  • Products Involved in an accident

UPPAbaby reserves the right to determine if warranty terms and conditions have been met.

BABY BREZZA products are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. The products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials at the time of purchase.

If this product should prove to be defective in material and/or workmanship after the date of purchase and during the warranty period (subject to normal use as described in the instructions for use), please contact us.

Lascal products are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase and spare parts are free.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty is valid for 24 months only from the date of purchase. After the warranty period, your authorised mima service repair centre may charge you a fee for parts and labour to repair your mima product.

All product warranties shall not be honoured if presented to a retailer outside of the country where the product was purchased. For the purpose of clarity, this warranty is not world-wide or universal. All costs to repair a product in these circumstances shall be for the cost of the consumer.

For the warranty to be valid you need to:

1. Have registered your product online a www.mimakids.com

2. Provide your retailer with the original receipt.

3. Provide your retailer with a description of the defect.

  • La garantie est faite au nom de l’acquéreur d’origine du produit et n’est pas transférable à tout autre acquéreur ultérieur.
  • La garantie fournit un droit de réparation et non pas spécifiquement à l’échange ni au retour d’un produit.
  • Dans le cas où un produit s’avère défectueux ou nécessite une pièce de rechange dès lors de la première ouverture de la boîte par le consommateur, durant les 15 jours après la date d’achat, la pièce de rechange est fournie gratuitement par Mima au distributeur et au consommateur final.

PLEASE NOTE

The warranty only covers the original owner of the product and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owner.

The warranty entitles the owner to have the product repaired but not to an exchange or refund.

The warranty is not valid in the following circumstances:

  • The product has been modified or repaired by a third party not authorized by mima.
  • Corrosion or rust due to a lack of maintenance and care.
  • The defect was caused by improper use or maintenance.

A defect was the result of an accident or damage by an airline/freight company.
